3-27-2020 AMENDED DECLARATION OF EMERGENCY FROM MAYOR LISTEK CONCERNING COVID-19.

Mayor Listek has amended the Emergency Declaration Proclamation as of 3-27-2020 with some important changes. 

Some important updates to note are:

April 6th and April 20th Council Meetings will be on a limited agenda and will be held by telephonic access or by computer, tablet, or smartphone.  Instructions will be made available shortly for those meetings.  Citizens communication will still be accepted as long as it is received by email to clerk@townofyacolt.com by 12pm on the meeting dates.

Public Records Requests shall be received by email only directed to clerk@townofyacolt.com. Responses will not be available for in person inspection.

Hiatus for Building and Land Use Applications.  Through April 23rd, 2020 applications for building permits and land use permits will not be accepted except for minor construction projects or in emergency situations.   All processing of pending applications for building permits and land use permits are stayed through midnight April 23, 2020.

Clerks Office remains available by phone or email.

Public Works Department has been directed by the Mayor to shelter at home and will only report to work in an emergency basis.
