National Night Out: "Join the Tradition"National Night Out: "Join the Tradition" Please join the Town of Yacolt as we host our fifth annual "National Night Out". "National Night Out" is a yearly festival where neighbors get to meet each other, their local elected officials, and personnel from the local emergency services, fire, and law enforcement agencies. "National Night Out" is designed to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness, generate support for, and participation in, anti-crime programs, strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships; and send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.
