SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
YACOLT TOWN COUNCIL
Monday, August 29, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. YACOLT TOWN HALL 202 W. Cushman Street
Pursuant to RCW 42.30, you are hereby notified that the Yacolt Town Council will meet on Monday, August 29, 2022. This notice is required because the meeting will be held outside the Council’s regularly scheduled meeting dates and times. This Special Meeting of the Town Council will be called to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Council chambers of the Yacolt Town Hall, located at 202 W. Cushman Street, Yacolt, Washington, 98675. The meeting will be open to the public.
Agenda:
1. Workshop on 2022 Budget.
2. Proposed Resolution Establishing Interim Regulations for Building Department Operations.
3. Town Park Improvements: Safety/Engineering.
4. Filling the Vacancy at Council Position #2.
5. Report on Status of Records Review Project.
6. Executive Session (regarding litigation and potential litigation with legal counsel pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)).
7. Action by Council Concerning Claims/Litigation, (if Desired by Council).
