Monthly meeting between event staff and interested town businesses and citizens. Planning for 2026 events, coordinating private and Town events. Meetings are generally held at Sisters Are We at 204 W Yacolt Rd. at 6pm (Usually these meetings are on the 4th Monday of the month, but the 4th Monday of this month is Memorial Day.)
