SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

YACOLT TOWN COUNCIL

Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.

You are hereby notified that the Yacolt Town Council will meet on Tuesday, July 6, 2021.  This notice is given pursuant to RCW 42.30, because the meeting will be held outside the Council’s regularly scheduled meeting dates and times.  This Special Meeting of the Town Council will be called to order at 6:00 p.m.  The meeting will be open to the public. 

Agenda:  (1). The Town Council will review the 6-Year Transportation Improvement Plan for 2022-2027.  (2).  The Town Council will interview candidates for appointment to the Town Council, position #4.  (3). The Council may meet in executive session to evaluate the qualifications of the candidates, (RCW 42.30.110(1)(h)).  Any interview of the candidates and any final action appointing a candidate to fill the vacant Council position will occur during the open public meeting.  (4). The Council plans to appoint a candidate to fill the vacant Council position.
