Applications for Mayor and Council Position # 3 being accepted thru July 7, 2017

Applications for the position of Mayor of Yacolt are now being accepted until 5 pm on July 7, 2017. Applications must be returned in person no electronic method of return will be accepted. This is a salaried position of $500.00 per month. There are no other benefits associated with this position. Requirements are as follows 1. You must be a registered voter in the Town of Yacolt. 2. You must live in the Town of Yacolt, town limits. 3. You must be able to pass a background check. 4. You must be willing to attend various meetings and represent the citizens of Yacolt including town events and functions. 

Interviews will take place in an open public meeting on July 17, 2017 at Town Hall at 7 pm at 202 W Cushman St. Yacolt, WA 

Applications for the position of Council # 3 are no being accepted until 5 pm on July 7, 2017. Applications must be returned in person no electronic method will be considered. This position is paid per meeting at a rate of $ 35.00 per meeting. All the above listed requirements and interview process apply to this position.
